Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in booking with me! Please review the following policies before submitting your appointment request. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. You are paying for a non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the final cost of your tattoo. This is not the total cost of the tattoo. For multi-session projects, separate deposits may be required unless otherwise arranged. Deposits cover design and hold your time slot. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours' notice without losing your deposit. If you reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. No-shows or same-day cancellations result in a full loss of deposit and may limit your ability to book future appointments. Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 45 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. If you’re feeling unwell (e.g., fever, cold symptoms, etc.), contact me as soon as possible. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of illness. Final design approval happens at your appointment. I do not send custom artwork in advance. Minor edits can be made the day of, but major changes may require rescheduling and a new deposit. The remaining balance is due at the end of your session. Your deposit will be deducted from this amount. I reserve the right to refuse service if the project is not a fit for my style, if I feel disrespected or unsafe, or if any policy is violated. Clients must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID. No exceptions. If needed, one free touch-up is offered within 6 months of your session, provided proper aftercare was followed. Damage from neglect (e.g., sunburn, picking, swimming too early) may result in a fee. Thanks for your understanding and support — I look forward to working with you!
