Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely happy with your order, no problem — just send it back to us for a refund.

How it works:

• You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

• The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with any tags still attached).

• Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

How to return:
Email me at snailbone.ttt@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll share the return address and simple return instructions.

 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
